The Functional Review of the Serbian Justice Sector - Additional Documents for Wider Group of Stakeholders

In order to inform wider group of stakeholders about the progress of Functional Review, the MDTF-JSS team is happy to share the following documents:

1. Allied Professional Services Matrix - This document provides information about the range of additional professional services available in the Serbian judiciary. The document in English is available here and Serbian version is available here.
2. What is Functional Review? – This presentation was delivered at the launch of Functional Review in December 2013. The presentation provides information about the scope, methodology and timeline for the preparation of the Functional review. 3. Status update of the Functional Review - This presentation informs stakeholders about the progress achieved in preparation of the analysis. The presentation was delivered to the representatives of the key judicial institutions in Serbia (such as Ministry of Justice, High Judicial Council and State Prosecutorial Council) as well as representatives from the EU delegation in Serbia and other international partners. 4. Court Data for period 2010-2013 – This table is created for the purpose of Functional review and contains all relevant information used in the Functional Review analysis. The data is organized in a way that it provides all relevant information about the caseload, HR and fiscal for each court in the period January 1, 2010 – December 31, 2013.
