The Analysis of Options for Improving Service Delivery of the Support Staff under Non-Core Functions in Courts and Public Prosecutor Offices analyzes the allocation and functioning of the judicial staff employed under support functions in Serbian judiciary. The purpose of this analysis is to identify options for more efficient and streamlined delivery of services of support staff which could result in fiscal savings. This is aligned with a broader public administration reform efforts focused on optimization and modernization of public sector.
