The second meeting of Justice Sector Partners’ Forum took place on Tuesday, July 7, 2009, at the premises of the Judicial Training Center (JTC). The meeting was hosted and chaired by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Serbia and was attended by key actors in Serbia’s justice sector.
The high officials attending the meeting informed the Partners on the latest developments in the Government’s justice sector reform agenda and stressed the importance of the Partners’ Forum as an inclusive, open and consultative forum for policy dialogue on the state and direction of the justice sector reform process in Serbia. The Ministry of Justice called for a broad participation and support for the Government’s reform efforts. The Ministry officials also emphasized the role of the international stakeholders in the process, in supporting and facilitating Serbia to meet its international obligations and commitments.
