On Friday 9 May 2014, the Functional Review Core Team shared a status update with relevant professional associations in the justice sector in Serbia. The purpose of the meeting was to share some of the main issues that the Functional Review Core Team has identified through the process, and to seek views on these main issues. Similar meetings were held with the HJC, SPC and the EU Delegation and EC in Brussels. A copy of the status update PPT is here.
Feedback from stakeholders was positive and constructive, and provided a useful reality-test for the team to develop findings and recommendations in coming weeks. All feedback will be considered in the Functional Review Report, a draft of which will be shared with stakeholders in mid-June 2014.
